Tim’s law practice includes probate, wills, trusts, and other estate planning matters; adoption, QDROs, and prenuptial agreements; and most aspects of immigration law. Additionally, he contracts with the Idaho Board of Medicine, where he is Chairman of Medical Malpractice Prelitigation Hearing Panels.
Tim has been practicing law in Eastern Idaho since 2011. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in May 2011 in the top 20% of his class. During his last two years of law school he served on his law school’s Law Review and he worked for Burg Simpson, a large law firm with offices in several states. He was President of his local Kiwanis in 2014/2015.
